Hi there!
It seems like you may be looking for some information on Dermarolling/Dermastamping.
Dermarolling can improve the appearance of atrophic scarring when done correctly.
However, there are several risks and I’d like to warn you about them:
You should not be doing this every day. When done in-office, treatments are spaced a few weeks to a month apart.
Done improperly you can end up with hypopigmentation (white or colorless spots in the skin that do not return to a normal color)
It hurts.
You can not fully sterilize the needles at home. They can be sanitized at best.
The needles can become bent over time, or come from the manufacturer already bent. Small bends can be imperceptible to the naked eye and can cause unwanted damage to your skin.
Because of these risks, ScA does not recommend attempting dermarolling or dermastamping at home. Please be careful with your skin and your health!
If you see that I am replying to something out of context (eg. listed in a routine), please report this comment so my handlers can remove it. Cheers!

have you always used cerave? clogs me bad.
Had the same issues! Went to the dermatologist - got prescribed spironolactone, azaleic acid, and some tretinoin and it cleared it up in no time at all.

pimple patches 100%!! leave them on overnight & do not touch them anymore. The patches will help flatten them so that itβs easier to cover them if you wear make up. also do not overdo it on the products tonight, or else your skin starts to peel around the breakouts. keep it hydrating and gentle until after your date when you can actually treat it.
Use the murad spot treatment now and then slap the mighty patches on before bed.
These Jonetz Masks Definitely has the best packaging ever π (Jonetz is an in house brand of Don Quijote, Japan). They even has some story at the back

Random Person: Are you buying it for the benefits? OP: No, I need to know what happened to Rin and the mysterious man
Haha, I think they are a riff-off of the Rose of Versailles face masks!
I think it’s cool that they hired an artist to capture the 70s shojo manga aesthetic, though!

As someone who has used $800+ products I can say that all my must have skincare products are not luxurious
What a timely discussion! I plan to go to a store in my city that sells luxury K beauty/skincare today.
I love SK-II Pitera Essence. I usually buy it from Costco to help ease the painful cost. I’ve also used and loved Whoo’s Hwanyu eye cream. I’m not currently using it but plan to repurchase it at some point, possibly today.
As for non K beauty, I am pretty faithful to Skinceuticals CE Ferulic. I’ve tried other vitamin C serums, and I know some people say this formula isn’t as impressive as it used to be, but it works incredibly well for me. AnteAge MD is another firm favorite. Their growth factor duo noticeably improved my skin. Everything I’ve listed has had a marked effect.
Just saw you need a whopping 6 PUMPS of the skin1004 spf for your face?!!! Is this true?

There is no standard amount for all people on earth. The amount is 2 mg per cm squared. So if your face is small you need less product compared to a person with bigger face.
1/4 teaspoon is the measurement I use; meaning liquids tend to be more and thick creams tend to be less. This is for face only. More is needed if applied to neck and etc.
